Nicholas brings extensive facilities, maintenance and capital-program experience across healthcare, senior living, banking, hospitality and resort environments.
His leadership experience spans large, multidisciplinary teams, extensive resort portfolios, critical healthcare environments and complex corporate facilities. That background brings a practical understanding of people, systems and the demands of continuous operations.
That experience connects operational performance, infrastructure stewardship and long-term planning. Keystone applies these perspectives to clear priorities, informed decisions and practical plans your team can use.
Nicholas leads Keystone's advisory engagements. Client responsibilities, staffing, specialist involvement and review points are agreed in the scope. Where licensed design or engineering is required, appropriately qualified professionals perform their retained scope.
